Recruitment is an essential yet time-consuming process, and in its initial stages, it may not always be an effective use of your

Employee Disputes and Terminations

Sadly, despite all efforts to prevent such situations, employee disputes do arise.  We are very experienced in handling such situations, not only legally but with empathy considering the emotional impact such situations have on all parties involved.

Absence Management

Documentation

Documentation is necessary in any business environment, and making sure you have the correct paperwork, policies and procedures in place is key, not only for your employees, but it is also a legal requirement. 


We can provide you with the necessary documentation for you to stay compliant, and show your people that you care about providing a good workplace for them to work and grow in. 

Documents can be provided ad-hoc when needed such as employee contacts, staff handbook or template employee letters. 


Alternatively, we can provide a small business package at a fixed price that will provide you with a standard set of employee documents that can be tailored to your business.  


Support Packages

  

For a fixed monthly fee you can have the comfort of knowing we are on hand to provide support when you need it. There is no limitation on what this support can cover, from simple day to day queries to complex employee disputes.


The time included in your package can be used for email, phone or onsite support (dependent on package chosen). You will also benefit from our retained rates for any additional time needed. 

 

Psychometric Testing

Joanna Russell, Principal Consultant is a licensed practitioner for Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis (PPA), General Intelligence Analysis (GIA) and High Potential Trait Indicator (HPTI). 


PPA

The Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) provides an accurate insight into how people behave at work, answering questions such as: What are their strengths and limitations? How do they communicate? Are they self-starters? What motivates them?


Thomas' behavioural assessment through PPA provides an accurate insight, giving you a greater level of certainty when recruiting, identifying where to maximise your learning and development budget and finally, understanding where to boost morale to reduce staff turnover.


It will also enable you to spend less time managing your underperformers and focus more time on those who will truly drive your business forward. Thomas PPA takes only 8 minutes to complete online. We are then able to provide you with an initial profile detailing a person’s strengths and limitations, their communication style, their value to the business, what motivates them, their basic fears and how they behave under pressure.


Once a PPA has been completed, you have instant access to 18 additional reports that enable you to match people to jobs, sift CVs, manage, coach, develop and train your people.


GIA

The General Intelligence Assessment (GIA) provides an accurate prediction of the time it will take someone to get to grips with a new role/regime. By gauging their capabilities, you will be able to keep your people engaged in their work and your organisation with appropriate challenges suited to their strengths. The GIA will also enable you to identify potential leaders, those that can think on their feet and the people better suited to methodical problem solving. 


GIA gives you a prediction of a person's potential to grasp a new role or respond to training. It will help you to identify your high flyers and future leaders and give you the tools to understand how to develop them through training.


HPTI

The High Potential Trait Indicator (HPTI) helps identify leadership potential by exploring a person’s personality traits and provides an insight into how suited they may be for a given job role or position. For example, a senior executive leadership role. 


The assessment is easy, and by completing the test, you'll gain a comprehensive report into the individuals potential. By understanding someone’s personality and how this interacts with a specific task or role, you can work with them to develop their strengths and areas for improvement. The intention is that they reach their full potential in work within a role they are well suited to. 


HPTI gives you an insight into a person’s personality traits and how suited these are to a given role or position. It helps you to ensure you have the right people in the right roles and that you are developing them to reach their full potential.


HPTI for Leadership Potential supports your existing leaders in becoming the best they can be and gives you an objective tool with which to identify and nurture your next generation of leaders.
