Joanna Russell - Principal Consultant
Having started my career in Administration, I quickly found my passion for Human Resources. Through a number of office management roles I developed my skills and knowledge in this area. Following a year working and living in the Turks and Caicos Islands as a General Manager for a new development, I decided to get back to what I knew. I became HR Manager for a group of companies in 2008 and Head of Human Resources in 2010.
In 2018, after 20 years of hard work, a number of opportunities, and having gained substantial experience and qualifications, I have now set up Russell HR. We provide HR support and solutions to small and medium size businesses across the South East.

At Russell HR we can provide assistance with a full range of HR services including recruitment, retention, pay and benefits, restructure, appraisals, documentation (including policy and procedure) , absence management, job profiling, employee disputes, and of course when necessary terminations.
Russell HR Solutions Limited, trading as Russell HR, are a HR consultancy providing HR solutions and services to small and mediuam size organisations.
Whilst rare, we may on occasion hold and process personal data in order to provide template documentation to the organisation we are working with. We usually keep this information for the duration of the project or assignment, after which it will be destroyed.
